mobile), Villa des Maures is set in a beautiful Provençal
village, in the Massif des Maures bordering the coast.
The villa is conveniently situated one minute’s walk
from the village squares with their shops, café bars
and restaurants.
La
Garde Freinet village is ideally located for the many Côte
D’Azur beaches (12 km), enjoying the countryside’s
spectacular terrain, playing golf, travelling the Provençe
wine route, or sampling the shopping and high life of St Tropez
and environs.
Nice & Marseilles Provençe airports are 1hr15,
Toulon/St Tropez is 50mins. Les Arcs TGV 20min.

Spacious tastefully
furnished comfortable accommodation. The villa has 3
double bedrooms (one double and two twin - one of which is
on the ground floor) with built-in wardrobes, plus a 4th bedroom
with bunk beds. The master bedroom has a sunny balcony
with table and chairs overlooking the pool. There are
two tiled bathrooms, one with bath and shower, and one with
shower plus two separate WCs. The lounge / dining room is
extremely spacious with a large sofa and two easy chairs and
a beautiful oak dining table with seating for 8 people.
It is decorated to a high specification with elegant furnishings,
creating a warm and cosy feel. There is air conditioning
upstairs and downstairs, the lounge has satellite TV to receive
English channels, DVD, iPod speakers, a hifi system plus a
variety of CDs. There is also wireless internet.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, with fitted storage
cupboards, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing
machine (in separate utility room), breakfast bar, full utensils
plus all the extras to make it a real 'home from home'.
The property has a private garden overlooking the pool with
terracing, lush planting, table and chairs, sunloungers and
parasol. There is also a gas BBQ available. Out
front there is a shady front terrace with panoramic views
of the Alpes Maritimes. The pool is shared with other residents
in the exclusive complex. It is rarely busy, though
children often make friends with others in the residence and
enjoy playing in the secure environment. There are loungers
and a parasol situated poolside. The villa and garden
is very child friendly and a cot (plus cot linen), highchair,
stair gate, buggy and changing mat are all supplied.
There is also good access for those with disabilities.
Linen and towels can be booked.
